At the Altar
at the altar
we leave fruits of our labor
our vows and our praise
then we res
Pandemic Bubbles
Our precarious bubbles have been blown
underground;
Pessimism, boredom and pandemonium are plopping around.
Be six feet apart, pop on a mask, don't linger inside,
In pandemic bubbles, we are ploughing though life.
Work, workout, worship stream in a virtual world,
Our hospitals are full, our hopes put on hold
Our updates are grim as death tolls is climbing,
We pray for a safe vaccine program to escape this confinement.
