LAST NIGHT
Last night
My body in frenzied quiver
Floating in ecstatic sails
Exploring wonders aboard
Landing on safe shores
Last night
Imprinted deeply
Are memories on replay
Spiking beats and let out gasps
Of constant trips to wonderland
Last night
Stolen by a melody
🎶
My lips filled in songs of love
If this is a song, I will sing
All day, night long
Helen
Gyigya,
Benue
State, Nigeria.
